Learning the French Language

Help your children gain basic skills in the French language prior to entering middle school. Due to a lack of the French language offered in the Princeton Public School System at an early age in grades K-5, a native French speaker, mother and teacher living in Princeton is offering after school French private or group classes to K-5 grade level students.

Native French Speaker And Experienced NJ Certified Teacher (Has an Official Background Check)

Marie Mockers Numata is an experienced K-12 teacher in sciences, French and ESL.  She taught French as a leave replacement at the Princeton Charter School (Grade 2), and French and English as a Second Language in Japan for many years to elementary, middle and high school students.  She witnessed the amazing results of young children exposed to a second language at an early age, as the students progressed into middle school and high school.  The intonation, fluidity, ability to apply the languages and the comfort zone in doing so was very predominant. She believes that it is important for elementary students to have the opportunity to learn the French language at an early age, so when entering the middles school, they can naturally function with the use of that language and accelerate in their learning process.  She has also been involved in the traditional Japanese martial art called Aikido.
